Q:  Does clublistnow.com guarantee the terms offered by the event planners and promoters?

Q:  I purchased a ticket for an event and I can’t go.  Can I get a refund?
A: Refund requests must go through the event planner.  Our terms and conditions state that all sales are final.  We only authorize refunds if an event was cancelled, otherwise refunds are only initiated by the promoter/event planner who posted the event on our website.  Please contact that venue/promoter/event planner who posted the event and request them to initiate a refund.   If a refund is authorized we will refund the face value of the event tickets to the credit card used for purchase.  The service fee charged by clublistnow.com is non-refundable.

Q:  I have purchased tickets to an event or signed up for a guest list, how can I learn about the dress code, parking, event hours etc?
A: Clublistnow.com does not have specific information about the events posted on our site other than the information posted by the promoter/event planner.  If you have questions please contact the event planner directly or call the venue where the event will be hosted.

A: If you signed up for an event and were denied the promised guest list privileges and you conformed to the posted dress code please contact us directly at support@clublistnow.com.  Please mention the venue, the event date, and describe the person who denied you services.   We will work with the promoter/event planner to rectify your concern, and cancel their membership if they do not conform to our terms and conditions.    We work hard to provide a consistent service to our visitors and will cease our relationship with promoters/event planners if they do not deliver promised benefits.
