Clublistnow.com Purchase Policy


The occasion for which the tickets are purchased for is hereafter referred to as an “Event.”
The producer or promoter of an Event is hereafter referred to as a “Promoter.”
The location of an Event is hereafter referred to as the “Venue.”
The person purchasing a ticket through Clublistnow.com is hereafter referred to as the “Purchaser” or “you.”

Clublistnow.com provides a service to the Promoter, the Venue and the Purchaser by offering tickets to Events for sale on its Clublistnow.com website.

Clublistnow.com has a business relationship with the Promoter and/or Venue of  an Events for which tickets are being offered. Clublistnow.com will handle each transaction and collect payment on behalf of the Promoter or Venue, as applicable.

Clublistnow.com does not set the ticket prices, entry policies, or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, phone call centers, ticket centers and box offices. Tickets for popular Events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the Event. Clublistnow.com does not control ticket inventory or availability for an Event, and makes no guarantees that tickets will be available for any Event offered by Clublistnow.com.

Online Information


Event information is provided by the Venue and/or the Promoter. Clublistnow.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the information listed for an Event. Contact the Promoter at the phone number listed on the Event page with any questions.

Clublistnow.com will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the information contained on the Clublistnow.com site.

Liability


The purchaser of the ticket(s) assumes any and all liabilities as to the risks and dangers that may result from the Event. The purchaser waives any claim for loss or damage whatever the cause, incurred or suffered, whether occurring before, during or after the Event.
Clublistnow.com is not liable for any claims of the Event, left undelivered by the Promoter and / or Venue.

Ticket Pricing and Payment


The price of the ticket is determined by the Promoter or Venue. Clublistnow.com does not determine the price of the ticket.

Depending on the ticket handling procedure for the Event, a service charge may be applied to each ticket. This fee covers such expenses as ticket processing, merchant fees, shipping and handling, administrative procedures, etc. You will be notified of this charge on the cost summary page before you complete your transaction. An additional service charge will be applied to tickets bought over the phone. Please note that any service charge is non-refundable.

Clublistnow.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Charges will appear as "[Clublistnow.com Tickets]" on your credit card statement.
A transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided. Please print and save a copy for your records.  All sales via the Service are final.  Cancellation of tickets purchase on the Service is not permitted after the order is submitted.

Ticket Delivery/Pick-up Options


Will-Call


If you choose to pick up your tickets at Will-Call, please bring state-issued photo ID and the exact credit card used to purchase the tickets. The Will-Call may refuse to release your tickets if you do not have the above items.  Refunds will not be issued if Will-Call refuses to turn over your tickets for lack of identification.

Ticket Mail-Out

If you selected a mail-out option upon purchasing your ticket, arrival dates and shipping cut off dates are:

Please note that FedEx does NOT ship to PO boxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.   Clublistnow.com accepts no liability if you are unable to receive mail at the delivery address provided within 7 days of completing your order.  We currently do not ship outside Canada or the United States.

Check the Event details as all Events offer mail-out options. Some Events only have advance pick-up and/or will-call options.  Additional shipping time may be necessary for high-volume Events, such as events held on New Years Eve.

Cancellations


If an Event is cancelled you will receive a refund minus the service charges. Service charges are non-refundable. Admission to any Event or Venue is at the Promoter’s and Venue’s sole discretion.  In the instance of any dispute regarding an Event, you must contact the Venue, Promoter and Clublistnow.com within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date of the Event at support@clublistnow.com.  Failure to contact the Venue, Promoter and Clublistnow.com will waive your right to a refund, if any. Honoring refund requests will be at the sole discretion of Clublistnow.com.

Refunds may only be issued if an Event is cancelled by the Promoter or Venue. Clublistnow.com has no control over the cancellation of an Event. No refund will be issued in the instance of inclement weather, natural disasters, delayed start times of an Event, extensive lines at the Venue, or family or medical emergencies. Venues and Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, without refund. Venue and Event talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by a Promoter at an Event that is not provided is not guaranteed by Clublistnow.com and is not grounds for a refund.

Refunds / Exchanges


All sales are final – Clublistnow.com does not provide refunds or exchanges, unless approved by the Promoter. In the event that an exchange is approved, the full purchase price of the ticket will be refunded less any service charges, transaction charges, and/or shipping and handling fees.

Clublistnow.com does not decide whether there will be a refund issued. As such, Clublistnow.com will have no responsibility to issue refunds. However, if the Promoter determines that a refund is to be issued, then Clublistnow.com will process refunds for tickets sold through our Service ONLY.

Should a Promoter approve a refund, the refund will be credited to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used, the refund can only be issued to that particular card. Service charges and transaction fees are not refundable.

Before a refund or exchange is issued, any tickets picked up or shipped out must be shipped back to Clublistnow.com.  Tickets are void if declared stolen.

Event Entry


Entry into the Venue and Event is up to the discretion of the Venue and / or the Promoter with regard to ticket-holder's age, attire, or state of health.
It is the Venue and / or the Promoter's responsibility to check tickets and identification at the event.

The rules enforced or displayed on the premises of the Event apply to the use of the ticket(s) purchased.

The Venue or Promoter reserves the right to refuse access to the Event or evict any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate with or without a refund. Ticket holders may be searched at the entrance of an Event.  Ticket holders may be prohibited to enter with alcoholic beverages.

Cameras or any other type of recording devices may be prohibited.
